Q: What is your name?

A: I am Angie (the mom), and this is the rest of the Osborn Family.

Q: Where are you all from?

A: Erie, Colorado

Q: Where did you travel?

A: We took a trip around Colorado for Spring Break-(“Springs” Break: Idaho Springs, Steamboat Springs, Glenwood Springs, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Royal Gorge, Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs).

Q: Where was your favorite place that you stopped along your trip?

A: That's hard.  It has to be a tie between the Glenwood Caverns & Mt. Princeton Hot Springs.

Q: Traveling all together with your family must make some really unforgettable memories. What would you say was your favorite memory from your "Springs" Break?

A: Playing games at night in the RV, taking a hike in Buena Vista along the Arkansas River, teaching our kids how to pee in the woods ... how do you choose?

Q: The RV becomes part of the family on a trip like this!  Did you get a chance to name her?

A: We didn’t name the RV, but we named the dog in the window. His name was Arvee.

Q: What was your favorite part of traveling in an RV?

A: All the storage everywhere! Perfect for our family of 6! Also, our littlest kids loved the loft above the driver.

Q: Did you have a favorite spot that you camped?

A: We stayed at two campsites that were right next to rivers. They were beautiful!  We loved hearing the sound of the river at night!

Q: If you can go back in time, what would you have liked to have known before heading out on your adventure?

A: We would’ve brought a foam mattress topper for parents’ bed!

Q: Since you are now a vet RV traveler, can you give a tip to those first-time renters?

A: Don’t be on a strict schedule! The fun of an RV is that you can stop and see anything interesting along the way. Also, watch the rental video before you arrive so you can get on the road right away!

We absolutely LOVED our RV trip and want to do it again! My husband was looking at maps and campsites within hours of coming home. It was such a fun way to see our beautiful state and be with family. Is it weird that I miss being in such close quarters with my family? Of course, they may feel differently.

What a great way to take a family Spring Break trip! No matter where you decide to adventure to, always remember, it's not about the end destination, it's about the journey and memories along the way.
