What is covered under this limited warranty?
ENGINE
Coverage is limited to the following parts: Lubricated Parts, Pistons, Pistons Rings and Pins,
Crankshaft and Main Bearings, Connection Rods and Bearings, Camshaft and Bearings, Timing Chain Gears, Flywheel, Flex Plate, Harmonic Balancer, Rocker Arms, Shafts and Bushings, Valves, Valve Springs, Guides and Seats, Pushrods and Lifters, Oil Pump, Water Pump, and Head Gaskets. Engine Head(s), Engine Block, and Cylinder Barrels if damaged due to a mechanical failure of the above parts.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
All internally lubricated parts contained within the case, including the Torque Converter. Case housings are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
DRIVE AXLE ASSEMBLY
Coverage is limited to the following parts: Lubricated parts, Pinion Seal, Pinion Bearings, Side Carrier Bearings, Pinion Gears, Carrier Assembly, Thrust Washers, Axles, and Axle Bearings.
*A $100 deductible will be applied to each repair. Vehicles used for business use (including RV sharing platforms) or sold pre-reconditioned do not qualify for this coverage.

What is covered under this service contract?
ENGINE GROUP
All internally lubricated parts. Crankshaft and bearings, oil pump, fuel pump, diesel injection pump, internal timing gears or chain/belt, camshaft, camshaft bearings, valve lifters, rocker arm assemblies and push rods, valve guides, pistons and rings, wrist pins, connecting rods, exhaust manifold, motor mounts, distributor drive gear, and water pump. The engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damage is caused by the failure of an internally lubricated part. Rotary engine: All above-listed parts plus rotors, rotor seals, rotor chamber, eccentric shaft, and bearings.
TRANSMISSION, TRANSAXLE, AND TRANSFER CASE
All internally lubricated parts. Drive shaft/U joint, torque converter, and transmission mounts. Case housings are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
DRIVE AXLE GROUP (FRONT OR REAR)
Drive axle housing, including pinion bearings, side carrier bearings, ring and pinion gears, carrier assembly, thrust washers, axles, axle bearings, constant velocity joints, internal transaxle seal, and drive axle housing only if damaged by the failure of an internal lubricated part.
SEALS AND GASKETS
Seals and gaskets are covered when replaced in conjunction with a covered failure.
Powertrain coverage begins ninety (90) days and one thousand (1000) miles after the contract purchase date. A $100 deductible applies to each repair.
*The powertrain service contract is only available for purchase in the United States and may not be available in all areas or locations. Coverage is subject to deductibles, limits, and exclusions. The contract covers repairs only of covered parts when they suffer a mechanical breakdown, as defined in the contract. Under some circumstances, a mechanical breakdown of a covered part may not be covered. Examples include if the failure is due to misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or when a non-covered part is what caused the covered part to fail. Also, the exclusions contain a list of parts not covered, some of which may be associated with or contained in covered component groups. Examples include the walls, brake drums and rotors, fuses, head and tail light assemblies, hoses, spark plugs, and wires. Please see the vehicle service contract for details.

What is covered under this service contract?
HOT WATER HEATER
Inner tank, pressure valve, burner assembly, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve, electronic ignition assembly, P.C. board, heating elements, wiring harness and switches, fittings, connections, control panel.
AIR CONDITIONING
(Roof-mounted 110V or central) Compressor, evaporator, capacitors, relays, thermostat, condenser, heat pump, fans, PC boards, heating elements, heat strips, control panel, accumulator, expansion valve, receiver dryer, blower motor, bathroom vent motor, high/low cut off switch, switches, electronic module, reversing valve, pressure cycling switch, ducts and ductwork
FRESH WATER SYSTEM
Water pump, compressor, water tank, water lines, fittings (CPVC excluded), basic faucets and probe harness (excluding probes).
HEATING SYSTEM
Furnace igniter, burner assembly, gas valve, thermostat, blower motor and assembly, heat pump, heat strips, fan motor, fans, fittings, connections, ducts, ductwork, PC board, thermocouple, relays and switches.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Inverters, power cable, monitor panel, modular circuit boards, electric heater, wiring, basic switches and outlets.
AWNINGS
Spring assembles left and right side, awning motor (fabric, awning tube and lifter arms excluded)
CONVERTER/BATTERY CHARGER
Cooling fan and motor, electric relays, and circuit board.
AUXILIARY POWERPLANT/POWER STEPS
(Factory Installed or Factory Approved Dealer Installed) All internally lubricated parts of the power plant engine, starter, switches, voltage regulator, generator assembly, cylinder block and head if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part, power converter, hour meter, inverter, interior monitor/control panel, and PC board. The carburetor and portable generator units are excluded.
WASTE SYSTEM
Fittings and piping in relation to shower, sink(s) and toilet (except electrical). Toilet (except electrical toilets), holding tanks, vacuum breaker, gate valves, inlet valve, ball valve, fittings, connections, probe harness and traps (excluding probes) are covered.
L.P. GAS SYSTEM
Regulators, gas bottles (except valves), mounting brackets, gauges, pigtails, LP lines, fittings, connections, automatic shut offsystem and shut offswitches. LP detectors are covered; however, LP detectors are added components. Coverage applies to LP detectors that are Factory Installed or Factory Approved Dealer Factory Installed. LP detectors purchased by YOU and installed by non-Factory Installed or non-Factory Approved Dealer Factory Installed will NOT be covered.
RANGE AND OVEN
Burner assembly, igniter, ignition assembly, thermostat, thermocouple, burner valves, microwave oven, convection oven, power hood, PC board, fittings, connections and oven control valve.
REFRIGERATOR
Thermostat, 2-way or 3-way cooling unit, burner assembly, igniter, control panel, PC board, thermocouples, eyebrow board and lower board, relays, switches, fittings, connections, electric heating elements and wiring harness.
AUDIO SYSTEMS
(Factory Installed or Factory Approved Dealer Installed): Non-in dash stereo receiver, cassette and/or CD player.
SEALS AND GASKETS
Seals and gaskets associated with all covered components listed above, only in connection with the repair or replacement of such covered component.
VENTILATION AND EXHAUST FANS
Thermostat, switches, relays and motors.
