Point Labaddie Brewery - Labadie, MO

This brewery is an independent microbrewery located on 17 acres of land. According to the Harvest Hosts listing, “We focus primarily on small-batch farmhouse ales and IPAs but brew all sorts of styles. Our mission is to create honest, inspired beers for the craft beer fanatic.”

Throughout certain points in the year, Point Labaddie Brewery has food trucks, pop-up vendors, live bands, a farmers market, and trivia nights for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The state does not allow outside alcohol consumption. Pets are welcome in outdoor areas while leashed.

“Friendly, yummy beverages and plenty of parking. There was a bonfire, outdoor games, lots of outdoor seating, and land to walk your dog. Good music on Fridays, and they were supporting a local patron who suffered a house fire and lost everything by selling dinner items: hot dogs with fixings, quesadillas, and chips.”

Choteau Creek Brewing Company - Wagner, SD

Sip Homestead Farms is a fifth-generation farmstead with a bed and breakfast and brewery on the premises. This Harvest Hosts location offers RV hookups for power and water. The brewery offers a variety of local goods for sale including farm-fresh eggs, honey, art by local artisans, handmade flatbread pizzas, and a selection of desserts.

There are four sites available for RV reservations that can accommodate any size RV. Additionally, there is a children’s play area on site.

“We had a blast! Really enjoyed the local brews and the food. The pizza and the cheese and meat plate hit the spot after a long drive. We saw a spectacular sunset in a beautiful remote setting. Paul and Lisa are great hosts! We’ll definitely stay there again.”

Apple Valley Cider Company - Penrose, CO

This Colorado brewery was established in 2017 to share the owner’s love of cider-making with the community. Penrose, Colorado is known for the apple orchards along the Arkansas River which are what are used for Apple Valley Cider Company’s offerings.

According to the Harvest Hosts listing, “All of our ciders are gluten-free and made with no added sugar, just apple juice, and pureed fruit.”

Pets are welcome at this Harvest Hosts location, and there are 5 RV parking spaces available. Additionally, the cider company is located next to a pizza joint that can deliver pizzas to guests enjoying cider.

“Delicious cider and a very friendly welcome! Definitely worth the stop if you are a cider fan! Wish it was a little more into the spring or summer to try some of their seasonal flavors- I may have to stop again. Big area to park and turn around. Only minor downside is its off a busy road and there was some road noise. Nothing crazy, but noticeable. Very likely to stop again!! And their pizza recommendation next door is AMAZING too!”
